2025-2225: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare the month of September 2025 to be “Addiction Recovery Month” in the City of Pittsburgh, and recognizes Malory Spring, Elexa Becton, and Samantha Hartle for their extraordinary efforts to support recovery in our region.
