2023-2191: Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code at Title Five: Article VII, Chapter 542: ON-STREET CITY EMPLOYEE PARKING, Section 542.02 DEFINITIONS and 542.03 PARKING REGULATIONS to add definitions and to transfer responsibility for parking regulations to the Director of the Department of Human Resources & Civil Service at no cost to the City.
