3350-2022: To amend the Fifth by Northwest Community Reinvestment Area and to modify its geographic boundaries; to provide that the City’s existing Community Reinvestment Area Housing Council shall serve as the Housing Council for the Fifth by Northwest Community Reinvestment Area.
