RS2023-2049: A resolution approving an application for an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) from the U. S. Department of Energy to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Department of General Services, for an energy retrofit for the Metro Nashville Historic Courthouse (HCH) to replace lower efficient incandescent bulbs with LED lamps, improve thermal efficiency, and minimize air leakage.
