1369-2023: To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a professional services agreement with BBCO Design LLC, to act as an Architect-of-Record to provide architectural, engineering, and construction administrative services for the Department of Public Safety’s Police Substation 19 - Hilltop Area (Sullivant Ave.) Project; and to authorize an expenditure up to $1,472,573.00 within the Safety General Obligations Bond Fund.
