1233-2025: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to renew a service contract with Environmental Remediation Contractor LLC, in an amount up to $325,000.00 to facilitate addressing citizen complaints of solid waste, hazardous materials, trash, litter, and debris on city-owned and/or maintained parcels and right of ways by facilitating the identification, clean-up, and disposal of said items; to authorize the expenditure of up to $325,000.00 from the Administration Division’s General Fund budget; and to declare an emergency.
