2022-1014: Resolution authorizing the Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Finance and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to execute as necessary, an instrument or instruments, entitled “Preservation Agreement,” a ten-year covenant to ensure the maintenance and preservation of the architectural and historical characteristics of the Hartzell Monument in Allegheny Commons Park in favor of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, which has funded the restoration of the Monument by the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, for the benefit of the public.
