2025-1870: Resolution providing for a Supplemental Agreement or Agreements with Gannett Fleming, Inc. for costs associated with the Smithfield Street Reconstruction project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Seven Hundred Seven Thousand Forty-Two Dollars and Twenty-Nine Cents ($1,707,042.29), an increase of Two Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($227,715.25) from the previously executed agreement (53417-1) as previously authorized by Resolution 336 of 2023 to add funding for the Final Design and Construction Phases of the project.
