2022-2021: To authorize and direct the Administrative Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to accept a grant award from the Franklin County Office of Justice Policy and Programs; to appropriate an additional $15,225.00 from the unappropriated balance of the general government grant fund to the Franklin County Municipal Court Department of Probation and Pretrial Services for the purpose of providing 3 assessment specialists from Alvis incorporated for the provision of pre-trial intake and risk-based assessments supporting a reduction in the length of time necessary to assign probationers to appropriate caseloads; and to declare an emergency.
