1291-2021: To authorize the City Attorney to spend City funds to acquire and accept in good faith certain fee simple and lesser real estate located in the vicinity of Iuka Avenue from High Street to North Fourth Street and other nearby areas, and contract for associated professional services in order for the Department of Public Utilities to timely complete the acquisition of Real Estate for the Near North & East Large Diameter Assessment Project and other nearby areas for which easements could not be found for existing sewers; to expend up to $450,000.00 from the Sanitary General Obligation Bond Fund; and to amend the 2020 Capital Improvement Budget.
