1060-2024: To authorize the Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) to enter into a grant agreement with Ohio Black Expo in support of the Ohio Black Expo event week; to authorize the transfer of $25,000.00 within the General Fund; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $25,000.00 within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; to authorize the expenditure of $25,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
