BL2026-1265: An ordinance to authorize building material restrictions and requirements for BL2026-1264, a proposed Specific Plan Zoning District for properties located at 1004 and 1104 Cass Street, at the northwest corner of Cass Street and Owen Street, (0.38 acres), to permit eight multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025SP-009-001). THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
