1292-2023: To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for Refuse Litter Containers for the Division of Refuse Collection with Paris Site Furnishings and Outdoor Fitness; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of up to $700,000.00 from the Community Development Block Grant Fund for these containers; and to declare an emergency.
