0158-2023: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Subrecipient Agreement - Not for Profit Service Contract with YMCA of Central Ohio to provide rental and utility assistance using federal Emergency Rental Assistance 2 funds; to authorize payment of expenses starting October 1, 2022, from an existing Purchase Order; to extend the contract term; to modify the terms and conditions of the contract without seeking additional Council Approval in order to align with the most current version of the laws, regulations, and guidance; and to declare an emergency ($0.00)
