1882-2023: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with the Columbus Regional Airport Authority ("CRAA") for public infrastructure improvements supporting economic development in the Rickenbacker area; to authorize the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $3,275,000.00 from the Northland and other Acquisition Bond Fund; and to allow for the payment of expenditures prior to the issuance of a Purchase Order.
