3234-2021: To amend the 2021 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer funds within the Public Safety G.O. Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Department of Public Safety, to execute those documents necessary to purchase that real property containing approximately four (4) acres of land located on Sullivant Avenue at Townsend Avenue, for the construction of a new police substation; to authorize the expenditure of up to $390,000.00 from the Public Safety G. O. Bond Fund, and to declare an emergency. ($390,000.00).
