25-0552: A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Department of Human Services, Behavioral Health Administration, for the “Criminal Justice Early Intervention Grant” program and the funding therefor, supersedes Resolution 951, series of 2024. Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Human Services for $1,660,696.90 and through 6-30-2025 to accept funding to support the early intervention, deflection and redirecting from the criminal justice system, as part of the Roads to Recovery programming, superseding resolution 951, series of 2024, citywide (ENVHL-202474524).
