2376-2021: To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept a grant from the Ohio Department of Health in the amount of $66,000.00 for the Maternal and Child Health grant program; to authorize the appropriation of $66,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize the Board of Health to enter into a contract with Mental Health America of Ohio for the provision of Maternal and Child Health program grant services; to authorize the expenditure of $66,000.00 from the Health Department Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency.
