1811-2026: To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement budget; to appropriate funds within the Federal Transportation Grants Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Shelly and Sands, Inc. for the FRA-62-17.66 Improvements of Nelson Road project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,677,406.25 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund and the Federal Transportation Grants Fund for the project; to repay any unused grant funds at the end of the grant period; and to declare an emergency.
