2100-2025: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with One Columbus in an amount up to $1,300,000.00 to provide support for economic development activities associated with business attraction, expansion, and retention as well as other activities related to the City of Columbus’ continued interest in workforce development, marketing, and entrepreneurship; to authorize the transfer between object classes; to authorize the appropriation in an amount up to $500,000.00 within the Neighborhood Economic Development fund; to authorize the expenditure of $1,300,000.00 within the 2025 General Fund and the Neighborhood Economic Development Fund; and to authorize the advancement of funds to the agency on a predetermined schedule.
