2025-0863: Resolution recognizing April as National Financial Literacy Month. On motion of Councilor Worrell, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Flynn and Mejia as original co-sponsors. On motion of Councilors Worrell, Flynn and Mejia, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
