0529-2026: To authorize the appropriation of the 2025 HOPWA entitlement grant funds in an amount up to $2,584,130.00; to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Subaward Not-for Profit Service Contract with Faith Mission, Inc. in an amount up to $879,443.00; to authorize the expenditure in an amount up to $879,443.00 utilizing the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Housing Opportunities for People with Aids (HOPWA) entitlement grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; to authorize the payment of eligible expenditures prior to the issue of the purchase order beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; and declare an emergency.
