2577-2025: To authorize and direct the Administrative Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to accept two grant awards from the Franklin County Board of Commissioners; to appropriate $105,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the general government grant fund to the Franklin County Municipal Court for the purpose of providing work release and MARCH Assessments for defendants; to enter into a not-for-profit services contract with Alvis Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, in the amount of $90,000.00 from the grant funds for work release; to authorize the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $90,000.00 from the grant fund and to declare an emergency.
