BL2023-39: An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manhole and easements, and to accept new public sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manhole, easements and the rehabilitation of two existing sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at 419 Gay Street, also known as NES Central Substation (MWS Project No. 23-SL-06 and Proposal No. 2023M-127ES-001).
