Samuel Bailey, Steven Whiteman, and Ryan Nelson, which was filed in the Denver District Court, Case No. 2023CV31683. Settles a claim involving the Denver Police Department. This resolution was approved for filing at the Mayor Council meeting on 3-11-2025.
