2023-0794: Resolution declaring April 13th as "Louis D. Brown Day of Civic Engagement". On motion of Councilors Worrell and Baker, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Louijeune as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Worrell, Baker, Lara and Louijeune, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
