2969-2023: To amend the 2023 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into agreements with and to provide funding to the Ohio Department of Transportation relative to the FRA-70-22.85 (Far East Freeway Phases 2&3) project, PID 98232; to authorize the expenditure of up to $5,000,000.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund to support that project; and to declare an emergency.
