Moving forward, all meetings are scheduled to be in-person. The Workshop and Board Voting meetings will continue to be broadcast LIVE on Phantom TV (Channel 28 on Comcast & Verizon) and via livestream on our website. At the June Board Meeting the Board voted to no longer accept and read emailed comments at any meetings. Stakeholders who would like to make public comments should come to the meetings and make their comments live to the Board. As always, community member may email individual Board members (email addresses on the Board webpage) or use boardmembers@pasd.com to email the entire Board. When the boardmembers@pasd.com email is used, the Board President will respond for the entire Board, acknowledging receipt of the email. If you did email a comment to the Board since the last Board Meeting hoping for it to be read at the next Workshop Meeting, your comment has been forwarded to the entire Board for members to read. It will not be read at the next meeting. The Board encourages constituents to make public comments during meetings and will continue to have public comment sections on the agenda for all scheduled Board and Committee meetings.
