2869-2023: To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into a service contract with Rocky Fork Company for the provision of snow removal and de-icing services this winter; to waive the competitive bidding requirements of the Columbus City Codes to authorize the expenditure of $100,000.00 from the Street Construction Maintenance and Repair Fund for that purpose; and to declare an emergency.
