BL2023-2063: An ordinance to authorize building material restrictions and requirements for BL2023-2062, a proposed Specific Plan Zoning District located at 106 Acklen Park Drive and Hillcrest Place (unnumbered), at the northeast corner of Hillcrest Place and Acklen Park Drive and within the 31st and Long Boulevard Urban Design Overlay District (0.78 acres), to permit 100 multi-family residential units all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2019SP-053-001). THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
