Terms of each member shall be for four years. It shall hold its meetings in the City Council Chambers in City Hall on the 5th Floor, 316 N. 26th St., and the presence of three members shall constitute a quorum. Its duties and powers shall be to recommend the boundaries of the various original districts and appropriate regulations to be enforced therein, and to hold public meetings and make recommendations to the City Council on all requests to amend, supplement change, modify or repeal the regulations, restrictions and boundaries in zoning districts.
