BL2026-1338: An ordinance to authorize building material restrictions and requirements for BL2026-1337, an amendment to a portion of a Planned Unit Development located at Old Lebanon Dirt Road (unnumbered) and 1704 Robards Way, at the terminus of Dutchfalls Cove (11.23 acres), zoned RM9, located within a Planned Unit Overlay District, to permit 77 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 154-73P-002). THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
