23-1011: A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, Inc. to continue providing nutrition education, onsite gardening programming, educational field trips, youth and family cooking classes, weekend food boxes, and quarterly meal-based family nights. Amends a grant agreement with Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver, Inc. by adding $572,474.99 for a new total of $1,337,640.06 and one year for a new end date of 7-31-2024, through the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, to continue providing nutrition education, onsite gardening programming, educational field trips, youth and family cooking classes, weekend food boxes, and quarterly meal-based family nights at multiple locations in Council Districts 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 and 11 (ENVHL-202368513-02 / ENVHL-202159268).
