23-0376: A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Container Pros, LLC to continue supporting the volume-based trash pricing program by exchanging trash carts citywide to match each households' requested cart size, as well as continue to deliver curbside compost carts and kitchen counter compost pails. Amends a contract with Container Pros, LLC by adding $1,305,146.08 for a new total of $1,761,298.76 and 8 months for a new end date of 12-31-2023 to continue supporting the volume-based trash pricing program by exchanging trash carts citywide to match each households’ requested cart size, as well as continue to deliver curbside compost carts and kitchen counter compost pails (202265382-02/ 202367311-02).
