2023-2056: Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance (on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh) to acquire all rights, title and interest to the property located on Coyne Terrace in the 15th Ward and identified as Block 54-R, Lot 92 in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and known as the “Coyne Terrace Stairs” for the sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred dollars ($6,900.00) plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition.
