2976-2021: To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to apply for, and if awarded, accept a Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) Program grant award from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)/Ohio Emergency Management Agency (OEMA) for the reimbursement of construction costs related to Floodwall Closure Evaluations Construction Project which is designed to increase the current level of protection in the Franklinton area from significant flooding of the Scioto River; and to declare an emergency.
