1832-2021: To appropriate funds within the Transportation Grant Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Double Z Construction Company for the Bridge Rehabilitation - Harrison Road over Dry Run East of Hague Avenue project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $434,095.52 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund and the Transportation Grants Fund for the project; to repay any unused grant funds at the end of the grant period; and to declare an emergency.
