BL2022-1299: An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from CS to CS-NS zoning for properties located at 1218, 1224, and 1236 Dickerson Pike, 5 Ligon Avenue, and 1055 Whites Creek Pike, at the southwest corner of Ligon Avenue and Dickerson Pike within the Dickerson Pike Sign Urban Design Overlay and the Skyline Redevelopment District and partially located within a Planned Unit Development Overlay District (7.44 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2022Z-034PR-001).
