0954-2025: To approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) #2025-03 executed between representatives of the City of Columbus and American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Ohio Council 8, Local 1632, which offers a five hundred dollar ($500.00) one time lump sum incentive payment to employees, in the Department of Public Service, classified as Traffic Signal Technician who earn the Traffic Signal Technician I certification and $0.75/hr for employees in that classification who earn the Traffic Signal Construction Technician II certification as outlined in the MOU. MOU #2025-03 extends a $0.50/hr incentive for employees, in the Department of Public Service, classified as Electronic Systems Technician who earn the Traffic Signal Technician I certification as outlined in the MOU and $0.75/hr for employees in that classification who earn the Traffic Signal Field Technician II certification as outlined in the MOU; and to declare an emergency.
