1674-2024: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into contract with Environmental Remediation Contractor LLC, in an amount up to $300,000.00 to facilitate address citizen complaints of solid waste, hazardous materials, trash, litter, and debris on city-owned and/or maintained parcels and right of ways by facilitating the identification, clean-up, and disposal of said items; to authorize the expenditure of $300,000.00 from the Administration Division’s General Fund budget; and to declare an emergency.
