3335-2025: To authorize and direct the City Auditor to establish an auditor’s certificate in the amount of $50,000.00 for various expenditures for labor, materials, and equipment in conjunction with improvements needed to support programming within the Recreation and Parks Department; to authorize the transfer of $152,383.11 within the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund; to authorize the amendment of the 2025 Capital Improvements Budget; and to authorize the expenditure of $50,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund.
