BL2025-1175: An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by applying a Neighborhood Conservation Zoning Overlay District to various properties located north of Shackleford Road, west of Belmont Boulevard, east of Oriole Place and south of Glen Echo Road, zoned RS10 and R10 (38 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026NHC-001-001).
