2430-2021: To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to modify and increase the professional engineering services agreement with AECOM Technical Services for the Parsons Avenue Water Plant Concept Plan Update; for the Division of Water; authorize the City Auditor to renew past, present, and future contracts and purchase orders with URS Corporation - Ohio to AECOM Technical Services, Inc.; to authorize a transfer and expenditure up to $500,000.00 within the Water General Obligations Bond Fund; and to amend the 2020 Capital Improvements.
