2866-2021: To authorize the Finance and Management Director to establish purchase orders with S.A. Comunale Company, Inc. for annual smoke and fire alarm testing, inspection, and repair, as well as sprinkler inspections, fire pump testing, fire suppression testing, and fire system repairs and replacement for the Facilities Management Division in accordance with the terms and conditions of a State of Ohio Master Maintenance Agreement; to authorize the expenditure of $180,000.00 from the general fund.
