1001-2025: To authorize the Director of the Office of Violence Prevention to enter into advance-pay grant agreements with five (5) local registered 501c3 non-profit organizations in support of summer youth engagement and employment programs; to authorize a reduction of appropriation in the Rec and Parks Operating Fund; to authorize the transfer of $1,050,000.00 within the general fund; to authorize the expenditure of $475,000.00 from the general fund; and to declare an emergency ($475,000.00).
