2023-1504: Resolution authorizing the issuance of a three (3) warrants with the total sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($20,000.00). It is further understood and agreed that the payment schedule of the total settlement amount shall be as follows: (i) $6,000.00, less applicable tax withholdings and other deductions, will be issued to Plaintiff, Joseph Deresh, along with an IRS Form W-2 in connection with this payment; (ii) $6,000.00, will be issued to Plaintiff Joseph Deresh along with and IRS Form 1099 in connection with this payment; and (iii) $8,000.00 will be issued to Plaintiff’s attorneys, Rothman Gordon, P.C. for fees and expenses related to the Litigation.
