0337-2025: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to modify a contract in an amount up to $50,000.00 with The Waterworks, LLC, to provide residential emergency heating, plumbing, and water and sewer services as part of the Division of Housing’s Emergency Repair program; to extend the contract for one additional year through February 28, 2026; to authorize the expenditure of $50,000.00 from the general fund; and to declare an emergency.
