3243-2023: To amend the 2023 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the transfer of funds and appropriation within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to appropriate funds from the Special Purpose Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into contract with Complete General Construction Company for the Bridge Rehabilitation - Whittier Street Bridge Rehab and SUP Widening project; and to authorize the expenditure of $3,642,168.24 from the Streets and Highways Bonds Fund and the Special Purpose Fund for the project.
