1685-2025: To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to modify and increase the contract with CDM Smith, Inc., for the Waste Water Treatment Facilities System Instrumentation and Control Integration and Programming project; to amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the appropriation of funds in the Sanitary - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the approval of a loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority; and to expend up to $500,000.00 from the Sanitary - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund.
