RS2023-2245: A resolution accepting a grant from the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Davidson County General Sessions Court, for the provision of the Tennessee Certified Recovery Court Program to incorporate intensive judicial supervision, treatment services, sanctions, and incentives to address the needs of non-violent offenders with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.
